Day 1: Arrival Lisbon- Porto 

Welcome to Portugal. Arrive at Lisbon airport ,after emigration formalities you will be transfered to the train station to board your train to Porto. On arrival at Porto, proceed to your hotel on own. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Porto.

Day 2: Porto

This morning after breakfast, proceed to explore the home of Port Wine. A tour to discover the impressive sights and traditions where we can actually feel the faith of the people. Amongst several stops to overlook the scenery, you will first stop at Amarante, on the banks of the river, and you will find the Monastery of Sao Goncalo. The trip will continue to Lamego, where you will visit the shrine of Our Lady of Remedios. Have lunch with a magnificent panorama over the river Douro where on the slopes of the mountain had origin the most famous Portuguese wine: port wine. Wine tasting is included. After lunch, stop at Pinhao to visit its famous railway station with hand-painted tiles related to the region. Your tour concludes upon your return to Porto. This is a must visit if you are exploring the North of Portugal!. Overnight in Porto.

Day 3: Porto

This morning after breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Porto. Visit the beautiful and mysterious land, one of the most ancient cities of Europe with plenty of historic and cultural memories. A unique and unforgettable tour through the Barrio da Se’, the heart of ancient Porto of medieval roots. We end this unforgettable tour in one of the famous Port wine cellars, in the historical heart of Vila Nova de Gaia in an atmosphere that will take you on a journey to the past. Overnight in Porto.

Day 4: Lisbon

This morning after breakfast, checkout and  transfer to Porto train station to board your train to Lisbon. On arrival at Lisbon station, proceed to your hotel on own. You have rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 5 : Lisbon

After breakfast, proceed for a full day tour to Evora, driving to inland Portugal region of Alentejo where you can explore the cork Oak forest and discover the roman and old city. Begin the tour at Giraldo Square, the living center of Evora, full of architectural styles, from Moorish arches lined up in the Square, to the fountains of the Renaissance and the Gothic church of Sao Francisco. Then head to one of the major landmarks in Portugal, the Roman temple, also known as the Temple of Diana. Its powerful front with 14 columns in well-preserved granite astonishes those who see it for the first time. Next, you can explore the Bones Chapel on your own. For some people, it is a dark place, for others a fascinating space consisting of hundreds of skulls and skeletons from about 5000 monks of the sixteenth century. Then go to the Cathedral of Evora, a Roman-Gothic church from the XIII century where you can climb the tower and get a breathtaking view of the city and the fields surrounding it.With its unique climate conditions, the vineyards of the region produce some of the best Portuguese wines. You will go to a farm where you can taste the best Alentejo has to offer. On the way back to Lisbon stop in Arraiolos and marvel at its magnificent castle wall and the famous carpets of Arraiolos. You can see firsthand how they are manually produced. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 6 : Lisbon

After breakfast, proceed for Lisbon City Tour. Lisbon is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. First you will be driven across the 25th April Bridge to Belem (if possible), which is the historical section of Lisbon. Here you can admire Torre de Belem, ex-libris of Lisbon and jewel of manueline art. You will then be taken to the Padrao dos Descobrimentos, a modern monument dedicated to the Portuguese maritime discoveries. Followed by a visit of the church at the Monasteiro dos Jeronimos. After that you will visit the Coach Museum, which is home to one of the best coach collections in Europe. Along the river you will arrive at Alfama, an old traditional district, where you will have the opportunity to walk in its narrow streets and visit a handicraft shop where you taste an aperitif of Porto wine. You will continue to Praca do Comercio, the biggest and most beautiful square in Lisbon Baixa-Rosso in the centre of the town and finally to Avenida da liberdade and Marques de Pombal. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 7: Lisbon Departure

Breakfast at hotel .Morning free for packing & personal activities. In time check out from the hotel and transfer to the Airport.

Tour ends with sweet memories of  Portugal  .
