The city physical geography encompassing islands, lakes, lagoons, canals, estuaries, the sea and the mainland, makes for a seamless fusion between land and water.Athirapally Falls is a marvellous cascade of frothy waters that makes its way from the Anamudi mountains of the Western Ghats,it is the largest waterfall in Kerala. It is often referred to as the “Niagara Falls of India”.

Day 1: Arrival kochi – Athirapally ( 32 km – 01 hr)

Welcome to God’s own Country!Arrive cochin international airport , proceed  to  Athirapally.Check in resort , rest and relax . Athirapally, The largest waterfall in Kerala,Originating as a sliver streak from the high ranges, and crashing through gorges lined with wild bushes and trees the waterfall gains strength and size as it thunders down at its final sojourn before it joins the rivers downstream. It is one of the best places in India to enjoy the serene charm of nature at its best.Overnight at  Athirapally.

Day 2: Athirapally

Breakfast at resort . Today visit Athirapally Waterfalls.This waterfalls is a favourite destination for many and it continues to attract many tourists year-round. It actually originates in Anamalai ranges but forms a big river by joining to other streams. The beautiful Chalakudy River plunges here as Athirapally Falls. Back to resort . Overnight at Athirapally.

Day 3: Athirapally – Alapuzha ( 120 km  – 03 hrs)

Breakfast at hotel .checkout hotel and proceed  Alleppey . Arrive Alleppey  check in  back water resort . Rest and relax at resort . If you wish you can visit Churches, palaces, temples and lake. In the evening, spend time at Alleppey beach and experience the beautiful sunset. Enjoy the beautiful back waters from the resort .Overnight at Alleppey .

Day 4: Houseboat 

Breakfast at hotel . checkout and proceed to Houseboat .Check in to houseboat.  Welcome drink/Tea  /coffee  will be served on arrival .Cruise through the backwaters and inland waterways at Alleppey ,This has a  splendid area full of canals, lakes and coves. Your houseboats or ‘Kettuvalloms’ are converted rice barges with well-appointed bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The locals’ travel in canoes and you will find vegetable sellers, fishermen and other traders bringing household goods, door to door in small wooden boats. A small crew will be available at all times to assist you during the cruise. The crew includes the captain who mans the boat, a chef and a housekeeping staff member. The local food prepared by the chef on the houseboat is another delight not to miss. As you cruise along the backwaters you can ask your captain to stop at villages, paddy fields and other places.Evening enjoy tea  and local snacks .Dinner and overnight at Houseboat .

Day 5 : Alleppey – Kochi ( 60 Km – 1.5 hrs)

Breakfast at house boat ,checkout and proceed to  Kochi . Enroute visit hill palace .Hill Palace is the largest archeological museum in Kerala, located at Tripunithura. It was the imperial administrative office and official residence of Cochin Maharaja. Built in 1865, the palace complex consists of 49 buildings in the traditional architectural style, spreading across 54 acres .The complex has an archaeological museum, a heritage museum, a deer park, a pre-historic park and a children’s . Check in hotel and overnight at Kochi.

Day 6 : Kochi

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for a city tour of Kochi,Brilliance of Kochi indulges in viewing the magnificent sights of Fort Cochin Beach, Mattancherry Palace, Willingdon Island, Chinese Fishing Nets, Church of St. Francis, Paradesi Synagogue etc. and  the day ends shopping at Lulu shopping mall. Overnight at kochi.

Day 7: Kochi Departure

Breakfast at hotel .Morning free for packing & personal activities. In time check out from the hotel and transfer to the Airport.

Tour ends with sweet memories of  the mesmerizing Kerala .
